因消化性溃疡出血而死亡的患者胃与十二指肠破裂血管外径达3.45mm。动物实验表明,传统的内镜下热疗或注射硬化剂方法对治疗溃疡病所致的大血管出血可能是无效的。目前临床上应用的内镜下机械止血方法包括:套扎、钳夹、缝合器、内圈套法。此研究旨在通过机械法、硬化剂注射与热疗对狗肠系膜血管止血效果的比较,验证在溃疡所致较粗的血管破裂出血情况下,机械法止血较硬化剂注射与热疗更为有效这一设想。
