2010年12月15日中午,崭新的旅游大巴载着南通崇川民间艺术团、崇川侨文友艺术团30名团员,直奔桃园县平镇市社教文化中心。一路上大家兴奋地唱起了“冬季到台北来看雨”。已经在台北参观了两天的团员们个个摩拳擦掌,跃跃欲试,准备参加由台湾、香港等地六家单位联合举办的“台湾阿里山杯音乐·舞蹈·服饰大赛”。也许大家不知道31名团员中,还有南通市癌友康复协会的癌友徐文祥和妻子。
At noon December 15, 2010, the new tour bus carrying 30 members of the Nantong Chongchuan Folk Art Troupe and the Chongchuan Qiao Culture and Art Troupe went straight to the Pingzao Social Welfare and Cultural Center in Taoyuan County.
