超临界直流锅炉由于多种原因,运行一段时间后,过热器、再热器经常出现氧化皮脱落造成超温爆管。文章通过介绍崇信电厂2×660MW超临界直流锅炉运行情况,突出了运行温度、水质控制对直流锅炉的重要性,然后对超临界直流锅炉高温受热面氧化皮的形成、脱落机理进行了深刻阐述,最后提出了超临界直流锅炉氧化皮脱落的预防对策和思路,供广大技术人员参考。
