目的:研究卡托普利联合坎地沙坦对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的影响及临床疗效。方法:选择2014年5月-2015年5月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者90例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予卡托普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坎地沙坦治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白等水平的变化情况。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组的治疗总有效率为84.4%;观察组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组,但差异并不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白水平均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐和24 h尿蛋白值均显著均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利联合坎地沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病较单独采用卡托普利治疗能够更加有效的改善患者的临床症状,保护患者的肾功能,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of captopril combined with candesartan on renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy and its clinical efficacy. Methods: From May 2014 to May 2015, 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with captopril, and the observation group was treated with candesartan on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the changes of fasting blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group and 84.4% in the control group. The clinical effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Compared with before treatment, fasting blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the fasting blood glucose , Blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24 h urine protein values were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Captopril combined with candesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy compared with captopril alone can be more effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients and protect the renal function of patients with good clinical efficacy.
