为解决单件车间生产作业计划生成问题，集成ＶｉｓｕａｌＦｏｘｐｒｏ ５．０ 与计算机模拟语言Ｓｉｍ ａｎ ３．５１ 设计与开发了模拟模型生成器、时间参数推算算法和禁忌搜索算法。模拟模型生成器可以产生一个粗略的单件车间生产作业计划方案，用时间参数推算算法和禁忌搜索算法对此方案进行优化。模拟试验表明，这些工具与算法可以生成较好的生产作业计划方案。
In order to solve the problem of production planning of single-piece shop, the simulation model generator, time parameter estimation algorithm and taboo search algorithm were designed and developed by integrating Visual FoxPro 5.0 with computer simulation language Sim an 3.51. The simulation model generator can generate a rough plan for the production planning of a single shop floor. The scheme is optimized with time parameter estimation algorithm and tabu search algorithm. Simulation tests show that these tools and algorithms can generate better production planning plan.
