设计并实现了结合客观和主观的方法测量人眼波前像差.建立了主客观结合的人眼波前像差测量系统,客观测量在瞳孔自然扩大时通过4.8 mm人造瞳孔进行测量,主观测量是在被测者观察视标的过程中进行.实验获得了活体人眼主客观测量的像差,两种方法的测量结果在特征级进行加权信息融合,这种方法结合了主客观测量的特点,能够较准确反映出人的视觉质量,为个性化的人眼视觉矫正提供更合理的指导.
