若保持张力恒定,必须在保证张力电流恒定的前提下,保证磁通和卷径的比值不变。根据恒张力轧制原理,对卷径进行了测量。有模拟测量法和数字测量法,我们采用的是数字测量法。数字测量法是采用脉冲技术测量卷径,这里论述了卷取侧的卷径测量和拆卷侧的卷径测量,以及(1—m)值的测量。为了保持恒张力轧制,在动态过程中必须加入动态电流分量,进行动态补偿,以保证控制精度。
