目的了解深圳城市居民的梅毒知识知晓情况及相关影响因素,为制定梅毒防控策略提供参考。方法采用多阶段抽样法,选择深圳4个行政区中12个社区为调查点,以符合纳入标准的城市居民为调查对象,采用中国疾病预防控制中心性病控制中心设计的“梅毒预防知识知晓率调查问卷”进行调查。结果共调查城市居民630人,收回有效问卷617份,有效率97.94%。纳入统计的城市居民中,对梅毒防治知识知晓的人数437人,知晓率70.83%[95%可信区间(CI):67.24%~74.42%]。梅毒防治知识8条题目的准确回答率最高为91.25%,最低为61.43%。居民获取梅毒防治知识的主要途径分别是电视(66.28%)、宣传活动(54.29%)、宣传资料(42.46%)和网络(41.33%)。多因素回归分析显示,城市居民文化水平越高、参加宣传活动和性病相关知识讲座者,其知晓率较高(P<0.05)。结论深圳城市居民梅毒知识知晓率较低,需通过多种途径加强梅毒知识宣传,提高梅毒防范意识,减少梅毒的发生。
Objective To understand the status of syphilis knowledge and its related factors in Shenzhen urban residents and provide references for the development of syphilis prevention and control strategies. Methods The multi-stage sampling method was used to select 12 communities in 4 districts in Shenzhen as the survey points. According to the survey of urban residents who meet the inclusion criteria, the “Syphilis Preventive Knowledge Awareness Surveys” designed by the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (STDACC) Questionnaire "to investigate. Results A total of 630 urban residents were surveyed, 617 valid questionnaires were retrieved and the effective rate was 97.94%. Among the urban residents included in the statistics, there were 437 people who knew about syphilis prevention and control knowledge, with a rate of 70.83% [95% confidence interval (CI): 67.24% -74.42%]. Syphilis prevention knowledge eight questions the highest rate of 91.25% accurate answer, the lowest was 61.43%. The main ways for residents to get knowledge of prevention and treatment of syphilis are television (66.28%), publicity (54.29%), publicity materials (42.46%) and internet (41.33%). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the higher the cultural level of urban residents, the awareness-raising activities and STD-related knowledge of the lectures, the higher awareness rate (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a low awareness rate of syphilis knowledge among urban residents in Shenzhen. Syphilis knowledge promotion needs to be strengthened in many ways to improve syphilis prevention awareness and reduce the incidence of syphilis.
