国有企业工会作为党联系职工的桥梁和纽带,在推动企业改革发展中发挥了不可替代的作用,但是也存在着一些问题。一是发挥作用还不够全面。一些企业工会在文体活动、扶贫帮困等方面参与较多,而对职工关注的维护权益、重大事项监督、员工技能提升等方面主动思考和作为较少。二是发挥作用中站位不准。一些企业工会在发挥作用时,没有做到准确站位。比如在维护权益上,要么是没有全局考虑,认为职工说的都是对的,忽视了企业的现实发展和历史问题,出现“偏向职工、过度维权”现象;要么是忽视了工会组织
