发电企业是关系国家能源安全和国民经济命脉的重要企业,属于资本、技术、知识、设备、管理密集型的连续生产流程性企业,投资规模巨大,资本回收期限长。如何有效的优化发电企业资本结构、降低资金成本,对于企业的债务管理来说尤为重要。本文通过深入剖析发电企业进行优化债务管理的紧迫性和必要性,结合芜湖发电融资结构特点,制定优化债务管理的具体方案,以达到降低资金成本、提升企业盈利能力的目的。
Power generation enterprises are important enterprises that are related to the national energy security and the lifeline of the national economy. They belong to continuous production process enterprises with capital, technology, knowledge, equipment and management intensive. The investment scale is huge and the period of capital recovery is long. How to effectively optimize the capital structure of power generation enterprises and reduce the cost of capital is particularly important for the management of corporate debts. In this paper, by deeply analyzing the urgency and necessity of optimizing debt management for power generation enterprises and combining with the characteristics of Wuhu power generation financing structure, this paper formulates specific proposals for optimizing debt management in order to reduce the cost of capital and enhance the profitability of enterprises.
