目的:测定治疗脑卒中及其后遗症的经典方栝楼桂枝汤中的君药天花粉饮片水煎剂中蛋白质的含量。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法,利用考马斯亮蓝染料与蛋白质中的碱性基团相结合的原理,通过分光光度计测量待测溶液吸光度,得出其蛋白浓度。结果:浓度分别为0.5g/mL和1.0g/mL的天花粉饮片水煎剂,其蛋白质含量分别为106.6μg/mL和132.6μg/mL。结论:该测定方法快捷、方便、灵敏度高,为后续研究奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the protein content in the Decoction of Jun Yao Tian Pollen Decoction in the classic Fangzhaolou Guizhi decoction for the treatment of stroke and its sequelae. Methods: Coomassie brilliant blue method, the use of Coomassie Brilliant Blue dye and the combination of basic groups in the protein principle, by measuring the absorbance of the solution to be measured by a spectrophotometer to obtain the protein concentration. Results: The TCS with the concentration of 0.5g / mL and 1.0g / mL respectively had the protein content of 106.6μg / mL and 132.6μg / mL, respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, convenient and sensitive, which lays the foundation for further research.
