《苏联铁路运输》杂志一九七七年三月号社论《为运输工作进一步高涨而奋斗》一文中评述了苏联铁路运输工作现状及展望。社论指出:承担全国主要运量的铁路在第九个五年计划期间完成了货物输送、利润及运输人员劳动生产率的任务。但是一九七六年虽然比一九七五年多运了三千三百七十万吨货物,却并未完成运输计划,较计划少运了三千七百万吨。虽然在一些方面完成了运送任务,但是在煤炭、石油及石油制品、矿石,木材及其它货物运输方面是不能令人满意的。 Soviet Rail Transport magazine commented in his March March March Work in Fighting for a Further Transport Survival that the status and prospects of the Soviet Union’s railway transport work were commented. The editorial pointed out: The railway that undertakes the major traffic volume of the country fulfills the task of transporting goods, delivering profits and labor productivity of transportation personnel during the ninth five-year plan. However, although in 1973 more than 33.7 million tons of goods were shipped in 1975, the transport plan was not completed, which was 37 million tonnes less than planned. Although transport was completed in some aspects, it was unsatisfactory in the transportation of coal, petroleum and petroleum products, ores, timber and other goods.
