随着注水开发不断深入,油田已进入中高含水阶段,层间矛盾日益突出,地应力平面及纵向分布变化极不均衡,致使注水井套损套变逐年增加,严重阻碍油井产量,使得开发中的矛盾越来越突出,注采关系建立不起来。此外,注入水水质长期不能完全达标,造成井筒管柱腐蚀结垢,导致注水井在日常作业过程中管柱拔断,卡管现象不断发生,使得大修几率增加。本文通过对新木油田注水井大修情况进行调查,分析造成注水井大修的原因,引进先进的大修技术,保证注水井大修成功率,从而实现油田的高效合理开发。
With the continuous development of waterflooding, the oilfields have entered the stage of medium-high water cut, and the contradictions between the layers have become increasingly prominent. The variation of the ground stress distribution and the longitudinal distribution has been extremely uneven. As a result, casing deformations of water injection wells have increased year by year, seriously hindering oil well production, Contradictions become more and more prominent, and the relationship between injection and production can not be established. In addition, the quality of injected water can not fully meet the standards for a long time, resulting in corrosion and fouling of the wellbore column, resulting in the unplugging of the water injection well in the daily operation process and the occurrence of stuck pipes, which may increase the overhaul probability. This paper investigates the overhaul situation of water injection wells in Xinyu Oilfield, analyzes the causes of overhaul of water injection wells, introduces advanced overhaul techniques, and guarantees the success rate of water injection wells overhaul so as to realize the efficient and rational development of oil fields.
