名词化结构是英语书面语的主要特征之一。本文借鉴系统功能语言学的概念语法隐喻理论,并结合功能语法对名词化双重语义特征的研究,剖析英语书面语篇理解难度的根源之一;进而指出英语学习者书面表达中的“中式英语”也与学习者缺乏必要的名词化手段有关。基于以上分析,本文给英语学习提供一种新的思考方法,以帮助学习者正确理解和运用名词化结构。
Nominal structure is one of the main characteristics of English written language. This paper draws on the concept grammatical metaphor theory of system functional linguistics and combines the functional grammar to study the dual semantic features of nominalization, analyzes one of the root causes of the difficulty of comprehension of written English texts; then points out that the English learner ’s "And learners lack the necessary means of nominalization. Based on the above analysis, this article provides a new way of thinking for English learning to help learners correctly understand and apply nominal structure.
