从全球利益出发,观察当今国际的基本特征和趋势,不难看出。各种社会制度国家经济合作和相互依赖,已成为当代国际经济运行的突出特征之一。在促成这种联合的强大因素之中,除了从维护人类本身的生存出发之外,诸如防止核战争,同生态危机作斗争,消除发展中世界的落后和贫困,生产国际化,当代科技革命,信息通信技术,以及地球资源状况的变化等等问题,则是决定国际经济走向统一和相互依赖的重大因素。
It is easy to see from the perspective of global interests and observing the basic characteristics and trends of today’s world. The economic cooperation and interdependence of countries in various social systems have become one of the salient features of the current international economic operation. In addition to safeguarding the survival of mankind, such as preventing nuclear war, fighting ecological crises, eliminating the backwardness and poverty in the developing world, internationalization of production, the revolution in science and technology of the present age, Information and communications technologies, as well as changes in the state of the Earth’s resources, are among the major factors that determine the way in which the international economy moves toward unification and interdependence.
