将含有乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)基因的重组质粒pAct-MS直接注入小鼠骨骼肌中,2周后加强免疫1次。免疫后4~9周间,每周检测小鼠血清中HBs。结果表明实验组6/8只小鼠HBs为阳性,对照组8只小鼠均未检测到HBs。本实验证实直接注射质粒DNA外源基因能获得表达,并能引起免疫反应。
The recombinant plasmid pAct-MS containing hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) gene was injected directly into mouse skeletal muscle and boosted once after 2 weeks. Between 4 and 9 weeks after immunization, the serum levels of HBs in mice were detected weekly. The results showed that 6/8 mice in the experimental group were positive for HBs and none of the 8 mice in the control group. This experiment confirmed that direct injection of plasmid DNA exogenous gene expression can be obtained and can cause immune response.
