根据沈阳市职业病防治院1981年的测定结果,本厂高频区熔单晶炉在工人操作位置的辐射电场强度高达150—440V/m,大大超过参考标准(20V/m)。为了降低场强,保障操作工人的身体健康,我们自行设计安装了一套屏蔽装置和一套地线装置。嗣后测定结果表明,屏蔽效果良好,场强大幅度下降。例如,工人头部位置电场强度从150V/m下降到2V/m,仅为原场强的七十五分之一,从而大大改善了工人的劳动条件。现简要介绍屏蔽装置和地线制作方法以及屏蔽前后的场强对比情况。
According to the determination result of 1981 Shenyang Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Institute, the radiation electric field strength of the high-frequency melting furnace in the working position of the workers reaches 150-440V / m, greatly exceeding the reference standard (20V / m).
