近年来,城市中低收入家庭和新职工住房困难问题比较突出。从调查登记、理论推算和租赁市场等方面综合来看,成都市中心城区对公共租赁住房需求量较大。目前,成都中心城区公共租赁住房保障在供给、退出机制、基础工作和监管等方面还存在问题。应从提高保有量、加大供应、强化准入管理、严格退出机制、重视日常管理、加强组织机构建设等六个方面入手,进一步完善公共租赁住房保障体系。
In recent years, the problems of housing difficulties for middle-and-low income families and new workers in cities are quite prominent. From the survey registration, theoretical calculations and rental markets and other aspects of view, the central city of Chengdu, the larger the public rental housing demand. At present, there are still some problems in the public rental housing security in downtown Chengdu, such as supply, exit mechanism, basic work and supervision. The public rental housing security system should be further improved from the following six aspects: increasing the number of holdings, increasing supply, strengthening access control, strictly withdrawing from the mechanism, attaching importance to day-to-day management and strengthening the organizational structure.
