根据热循环离子渗氮(INTC)过程渗层生长动力学特性和表面相组分的变化规律,分析了辉光放电等离子体对热循环渗氮的增强作用,提出了循环变温过程相的脱溶和离子轰击形成的表面γ’相导致内扩散速度加快的机制,指出INTC的深层快渗效果系集离子渗氮与热循环渗氮二者之长所致.
According to the dynamics of nitrided layer growth and the variation law of surface phase composition in the process of thermal cycling ion nitriding (INTC), the enhancing effect of glow discharge plasma on thermal cycling nitriding was analyzed. And ion bombardment of the surface γ ’phase lead to the internal diffusion speed mechanism, pointed out that INTC deep fast permeability effect is set ion nitriding and thermal cycling nitriding of both.
