用差热分析法(DTA)研究了Fe16Ni60Cr4B16Si4非晶态合金升温过程结构驰豫和晶化特征.根据结构驰豫和晶化激活能的计算结果分析了两个过程的原子运动行为.用TEM研究了结构驰豫.讨论了DTA与显微维氏硬度两曲线问的关系.提出结构驰豫是以调幅分解和形核两种方式进行,纳米晶成核温度为TM.
The structure relaxation and crystallization characteristics of Fe16Ni60Cr4B16Si4 amorphous alloy were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA). The atomic motion behavior of the two processes is analyzed based on the results of structural relaxation and crystallization activation energy. Structural relaxation was studied by TEM. The relationship between DTA and micro Vickers hardness curve is discussed. It is proposed that the structure relaxation is carried out by amplitude modulation decomposition and nucleation, and the nanocrystalline nucleation temperature is TM.
