目的 :探讨白细胞介素 8(IL 8)和白细胞介素 3(IL 3)在人类鼻息肉及鼻息肉病中的表达情况。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 31例鼻息肉患者 (鼻息肉组 )、2 6例鼻息肉病患者 (鼻息肉病组 )的息肉组织及 14例正常中鼻甲黏膜 (对照组 )中IL 8和IL 3的表达。结果 :IL 8在对照组、鼻息肉组及鼻息肉病组 3组间呈递增性表达 ,且每两组间差异均有统计学意义 (均P <0 .0 1) ;IL 3在对照组、鼻息肉组及鼻息肉病组 3组间亦呈递增性表达 ,且每两组间差异均有统计学意义 (均P <0 .0 1〉。结论 :IL 8是鼻息肉诸多病因之一 ,对鼻息肉病的复发起重要作用 ;IL 8在鼻息肉及鼻息肉病之间的不同表达提示二者的发病机制有本质差异 ;IL 3对鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞的大量浸润起重要作用 ,也是鼻息肉与鼻息肉病二者发病机制差异中的一个重要因素
Objective: To investigate the expression of interleukin 8 (IL 8) and interleukin 3 (IL 3) in human nasal polyps and nasal polyposis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-8 in 31 cases of nasal polyps (nasal polyps), 26 cases of polyposis in patients with polyposis (nasal polyposis) and 14 cases of normal middle turbinate mucosa (control) IL 3 expression. Results: The levels of IL-8 in the control group, nasal polyps group and nasal polyposis group were increased and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (all P <0.01). In the control group , Nasal polyps group and nasal polyposis group also showed increasing expression between the three groups, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01) .Conclusion: IL 8 is one of the many causes of nasal polyps , Plays an important role in the recurrence of nasal polyposis. The different expression of IL 8 between nasal polyps and nasal polyposis suggests that there are essential differences in the pathogenesis of IL-8 between the two groups. IL 3 plays an important role in the infiltration of eosinophils in nasal polyps An important role, but also an important factor in the pathogenesis of both nasal polyps and nasal polyposis
