由于白灵菇栽培历史较短,对白灵菇生物学特性研究还不够全面,栽培技术不够成熟,导致白灵菇生产成本高、产量低、周期长、畸形菇多,极大地影响了工厂化生产企业及农户种植白灵菇积极性,制约了白灵菇产业的进一步发展。从积温在白灵菇栽培过程中所起到的作用入手,研究积温在白灵菇不同发育阶段对其产生的影响。结果表明,白灵菇菌丝体在固体培养基中培养至生理成熟所需活动积温6.175℃/g,有效积温4.850℃/g;催蕾所需活动积温1.1925℃/g,有效积温0.6175℃/g;菇蕾发育至成熟的子实体所需活动积温1.325℃/g,有效积温0.925℃/g。旨在为从事白灵菇栽培的工厂化企业及农户提高栽培技术提供理论指导。

The results showed that the activity of Bailing Mushroom mycelium cultured in solid medium to the physiological maturity required accumulated temperature 6.175 ℃ / g, effective accumulated temperature 4.850 ℃ / g; g; Buds developed to mature fruiting bodies required activity accumulated temperature 1.325 ℃ / g, effective accumulated temperature 0.925 ℃ / g.
