健康是人类的共同愿望,是人生永恒的主题。世界卫生组织(WHO)1992年颁布了维多利亚宣言,提出了健康的四大基石:合理饮食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡。简短四句话,蕴含着科学与哲理,切实可行,行之有效。人们照此实践的结果,脑中风减少75%;高血压病减少55%;糖尿病减少50%;癌症减少33%;寿命延长10年。因而,这四大基石广为传播,令人信服,正在起着不可估量的作用。
Health is the common aspiration of mankind and the eternal theme of life. The World Health Organization (WHO) promulgated the Victoria Declaration in 1992, which set forth the four cornerstones of health: a proper diet, moderate exercise, alcohol cessation and alcohol restriction, and psychological balance. Short four sentences, contains science and philosophy, practical, effective. As a result of this practice, people have seen a 75% reduction in stroke, a 55% reduction in hypertension, a 50% decrease in diabetes, a 33% decrease in cancer, and a 10-year lifespan. Therefore, these four cornerstones are widely disseminated and convincing, and they are playing an invaluable role.
