To some extent, there are some differences in the frequency of HLA antigens in patients with various genetic diseases, which may be related to the pathogenesis of these diseases. Forty-five patients with relapsed acute otitis media (rAOM) and healthy controls A comparative study showed that only HLA-A 2 and A 3 antigens were found to be significantly different. The frequency of A-2 in children was 80% (control group, 55.9%). The frequency of A 3 in children was 11.1% 27.5% of the control group), suggesting that the occurrence of rAOM and HLA antigen frequency has a genetic relationship with the risk of individuals with-A2 antigen predisposing relative risk of 2.56, this finding may explain rAOM in some races and families Members prone to tendencies.
