针对高压角阀阀铊2Cr13钢在含氢介质中的早期断裂,本文研究了氢对该钢机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,2Cr13钢在淬火后不同温度回火状态下渗氢处理,使其拉伸强度,屈服强度和硬度有不同程度的降低,冲击韧性和断裂韧性不变。当250℃回火后,硬度高于HRc47以上时,其静弯曲破断功大幅度下降,回火温度升高,则下降数值减少。经生产考核证明,加大阀铊退刀槽缺口半径,提高回火温度,降低硬度到HRc40以下,则可避免阀铊断裂事故。
Aiming at the early fracture of thallium-2 Cr13 steel with high-pressure angle valve in hydrogen-containing medium, the effect of hydrogen on the mechanical properties of this steel was studied. The test results show that 2Cr13 steel hardened after tempering at different tempering temperatures, so that the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness have different degrees of reduction, impact toughness and fracture toughness unchanged. When the tempering at 250 ℃, the hardness is higher than HRc47 or more, the static bending breaking power decreased significantly, the tempering temperature increases, the decrease in value decreases. The production examination proved that increasing the valve thallium recess notch radius, increase the tempering temperature, reduce the hardness below HRc40, you can avoid valve thallium fracture accident.
