制备了中分子量聚异丁烯(PIB-8450)/聚苯乙烯(PS)合金材料,主要研究了不同用量的PIB对共混物的加工流变性及物理机械性能的影响。研究表明,PIB降低共混体系的剪切黏度、剪切应力,提高了加工性能。当PIB含量为2%时,能显著提高共混物的冲击性能和拉伸性能,用SEM对试样断面观察,显示出韧性断裂特征。同时质量比为98/2的PIB/PS体系是一个比较理想的共混体系。
Preparation of medium molecular weight polyisobutylene (PIB-8450) / polystyrene (PS) alloy materials, the main study of the different amounts of PIB on the rheological properties of the blend and physical and mechanical properties. The results show that PIB can reduce the shear viscosity and shear stress of the blends and improve the processability. When the content of PIB is 2%, the impact properties and tensile properties of the blends can be significantly improved. The cross-section observation of the samples by SEM shows the ductile fracture characteristics. At the same time the mass ratio of 98/2 PIB / PS system is an ideal blend system.
