采用以微电子加工技术制作的微盘铂电极,将谷氨酸氧化酶用明胶包埋法固定在该微盘电极上,制成了性能稳定的微型谷氨酸传感器。实验测定了该传感器的最佳工作电位为550mV(vs.SCE),最适溶液pH值为pH=7。在所确定的工作条件下该传感器的线性范围为0.2—6mmol·L~(-1),检测灵敏度为150nA/mmol·L~(-1)。该传感器的使用寿命大于1个月。
Microplate platinum electrode fabricated by microelectronics processing technique was used to immobilize glutamate oxidase on the microdisk electrode by gelatin embedding method to make the micro-glutamic acid sensor with stable performance. The best working potential of the sensor was 550mV (vs.SCE) and the optimal solution pH was pH = 7. The linear range of the sensor was 0.2-6mmol·L -1 under the working conditions determined. The detection sensitivity was 150nA / mmol·L -1. The sensor life of more than 1 month.
