为了解球墨铸铁管法兰连接在碱性盐侵蚀下的抗弯性能的变化状况,采用p H值为9的NaCl碱性氯盐溶液对球墨铸铁双法兰连接分别进行25、50、75、100次干湿循环的腐蚀处理,并对其进行受弯试验。结果表明:碱性盐侵蚀后的球墨铸铁管法兰连接更趋向脆性破坏,随着循环腐蚀次数增多,试件的弹性阶段逐渐缩短,试件极限弯矩与屈服弯矩的比值逐渐变小,其承载力和抗弯刚度也逐渐减小。
In order to understand the change of the bending resistance of ductile iron pipe flange connection under the alkaline salt erosion, the double flange connection of ductile iron with NaCl solution of NaCl with p H value of 9 was carried out 25, 25, 75, 100 cycles of wet and dry corrosion treatment, and its bending test. The results show that the flange connection of ductile iron pipe after alkali salt attack tends to be more brittle. With the increase of the number of cyclic corrosion, the elastic phase of the sample gradually shortens, the ratio of specimen ultimate bending moment to yield bending moment decreases, Its bearing capacity and bending stiffness are also gradually reduced.
