由我厂负责国内总承包、从联邦德国引进技术、并与其合作制造的上海宝钢φ140毫米连轧管机,是党的十一届三中全会以后,我国机械工业与国外合作制造的第一个大型成套项目,是具有8O年代初国际先进水平的大型成套设备。我厂经过三年准备、两年制造后,又坚持了长期的工地现场服务,前后共用了八年的时间,服务人员最多时达到80多人。其中有主管设备各区的主任设计师,也有一般的设计、工艺等工程技术人员;有身怀绝技、经验丰富的老工人,也有不怕苦、不怕累、勇挑重担的青年 The Shanghai Baosteel φ140 mm continuous pipe rolling mill, which is responsible for the domestic general contracting and the introduction of technology from the Federal Republic of Germany and co-produced with it, was the first one after the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee and was manufactured by China’s machinery industry and foreign cooperation.
