图像比色法是在普通的比色测温方法的基础上发展起来的新的温度场检测方法,它具有对检测距离、目标材料发射率依赖性小等特点。本文介绍使用图像比色法进行焊接温度场检测的系统构成和基本原理,实时地获得了焊接温度场全面信息,从中得到焊接方向及横截面方向上的温度分布,从而获得热循环参数信息,利用这些信息进行了等温线宽度闭环控制。试验结果证明:温度场实时检测速度快(0.5s之内/场),等温线宽度闭环动态响应品质好,可在焊件厚度、焊接速度和对接焊间隙等变化时仍可获得满意的熔深控制。
Image colorimetric method is a new temperature field detection method developed on the basis of the common colorimetric temperature measurement method, which has the characteristics of small dependence on the detection distance and the target material emissivity.
