教师素质是制约大学英语教学质量的重要因素之一,随着大学英语教学改革的进一步深入,提高教师的素质成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文探讨了大学英语教师素质的现状并提出了解决的办法。
Teachers’ quality is one of the most important factors restricting the quality of college English teaching. With the further reform of college English teaching, improving the quality of teachers becomes an urgent problem. This article explores the status quo of college English teachers’ qualities and presents solutions.
