用GC -MS鉴定、HPLC分离制备了苦豆碱和脱氢苦豆碱 ,并用浸渍法对这两种生物碱进行杀松材线虫活性的测定。结果表明 ,含有仲胺型氮原子的苦豆碱比含叔胺型氮原子的脱氢苦豆碱具更强的杀线活性 ,为双稠哌啶类生物碱结构与杀线活性间构效关系的假说提供了新证据
GC-MS was used for the identification and determination of alperitine and dehydronteine by HPLC. The activity of the two alkaloids against pine wood nematode was determined by impregnation method. The results showed that the aldosine containing the secondary amine nitrogen atom had stronger activity of killing than dehydroabietyl containing the tertiary amine nitrogen atom, which was the structure-activity effect of the double-stained piperidine alkaloids The hypothesis of relationship provides new evidence
