一、前言巴基斯坦的塔贝拉(Tarbela)坝,有两项修复工程需要生产填筑大量的低强度贫混凝土。为了满足这个要求,研究了一些方法,可以迅速地将水泥与砂石料拌成混凝土,并采用填土法进行填筑,这种产品叫做“辗压混凝土”。本文通过两个实例介绍能满足其质量和产量要求的设备和方法。一是“2号隧洞进口段的修复”;另一个是“工作溢洪道和消力地的修复”。隧洞修复工作在先(1974~1975年),要求生产能力大,设计和建造拌和厂的时间较短。在溢洪道修复做准备时,已有了隧洞修复的经验,而且拌和厂的设计和建造方面有较长的时间,所以采用了一套较为完善的设备。
I. INTRODUCTION There are two restoration works in Pakistan’s Tarbela dam that require the production of large quantities of low-strength lean concrete. In order to meet this requirement, some methods have been studied to quickly mix cement with aggregate into concrete and fill it with earth fill, a product called Rolling Concrete. This article presents two examples of devices and methods that meet their quality and yield requirements. One is the “restoration of the entrance section of No. 2 tunnel”; the other is the “restoration of the working spillway and the dismantling ground”. Tunnel repair work in the first (1974 ~ 1975), requiring large production capacity, design and construction of mixing plant shorter time. When preparing for spillway rehabilitation, there has been experience of tunnel rehabilitation and the design and construction of the blending plant has taken a long time. Therefore, a relatively complete set of equipment has been adopted.
