该文建立了用以研究钢管混凝土在长期轴拉荷载与氯离子腐蚀共同作用下力学性能的有限元模型。模型中考虑了长期荷载下混凝土的收缩徐变以及恶劣环境导致的钢管腐蚀的影响,模型计算结果得到试验数据的验证。利用建立的有限元分析模型,研究了长期荷载与腐蚀对钢管混凝土承载能力的影响,并与空钢管进行了对比,同时对组合截面材料间内力重分布的规律进行了分析,明晰了其受力全过程的工作机理。
This paper established a finite element model to study the mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tubular under long-term axial load and chloride ion corrosion. In the model, the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep under long-term load and corrosion of steel pipe caused by harsh environment are considered. The calculation results of the model are verified by the experimental data. The influence of long-term load and corrosion on the load carrying capacity of CFST was studied by using the established finite element analysis model. The comparison was made between the model and the test of the empty steel pipe. Meanwhile, the regularity of internal force redistribution was analyzed, The whole process of working mechanism.
