现代企业的生存与发展受到有很多因素制约和影响,其中最重要也是最根本的因素就是企业的有效沟通,沟通是企业不可忽视的一项重要内容,搭建良好的沟通平台,创建优效沟通团队。这些年,大量外资企业涌入中国,对中国国内的企业管理起到积极深远的影响。在实际操作中,不少国内企业更关心的可能是它的资金和市场问题,企业内部的有效管理,特别是企业的有效沟通常常被其忽视。然而,恰恰可能是有效沟通的瓶颈阻碍了中国企业进一步的发展与壮大,企业的有效沟通与技巧在企业发展过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
