目的观察姜黄素对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗效果。方法制成佐剂性关节炎SD大鼠模型。设正常组、模型组、姜黄素组(腹腔注射姜黄素50mg·kg-1.d-1,连续14d)、甲氨蝶呤组(腹腔注射甲氨喋呤0.5mg·kg-1.3d-1,连续5次)。造模后第9天起开始给药。观察大鼠体重增长率及第9、12、15、19、23天不同时间点疼痛反应和关节炎指数。结果模型组大鼠的体重增长率与正常组及姜黄素组、甲氨蝶呤组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。模型组和正常组比较,各时间点疼痛反应评分和关节炎指数积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。姜黄素组大鼠疼痛反应评分和关节炎指数积分在第15天(P<0.05)、第19天(P<0.01)、第23天(P<0.01)与模型组差异均有统计学意义;而甲氨蝶呤组关节炎指数积分在第19、23天,疼痛反应评分在第23天与模型组比较差异才有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论姜黄素对大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有治疗作用,可以降低疼痛反应和关节炎指数,且起效时间较甲氨蝶呤更早。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of curcumin on adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods Adjuvant arthritis SD rat model was made. The normal group, model group, curcumin group (intraperitoneal injection of curcumin 50mg · kg-1.d-1, continuous 14d) methotrexate group (intraperitoneal injection of methotrexate 0.5mg · kg-1.3d-1 , Five times in a row). Dosing began on the 9th day after modeling. The body weight growth rate and the pain response and arthritis index at 9, 12, 15, 19 and 23 days were observed. Results The body weight gain of rats in model group was significantly lower than that in normal group, curcumin group and methotrexate group (P <0.01). Compared with the normal group, the score of pain reaction and the index of arthritis at each time point had statistical significance (P <0.01). The scores of pain reaction and arthritis index of curcumin group on the 15th day (P <0.05), on the 19th day (P <0.01), on the 23rd day (P <0.01) The arthritis index of methotrexate group on the 19th and 23rd days, the score of pain reaction on the 23rd day compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Curcumin has a therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, which can reduce the pain response and arthritis index, and its onset time is earlier than that of methotrexate.
