本文研究了接触疲劳试验方法,确定了试件接触疲劳失效指标。对于表面强化试件,从宏观和微观断口、剖面裂纹、剥落层深度,对接触疲劳裂纹的产生和发展过程进行了观察,认为疲劳裂纹从内部产生,最大切应力理论和试验结果比较一致,用最大切应力理论可指明机件强化的方向和提高接触疲劳寿命的途径。
In this paper, the contact fatigue test method was studied, and the contact fatigue failure index was determined. For the surface strengthened specimens, the occurrence and development of contact fatigue cracks were observed from the macroscopic and microscopic fracture, the profile cracks and the depth of the peeling layer, and the fatigue cracks were generated internally. The theory of maximum shear stress was in good agreement with the experimental results. Maximum shear stress theory can indicate the direction of mechanical strengthening and ways to improve contact fatigue life.
