本文研究了稀士金属对3%Si-Fe无取向硅钢组织和磁性的影响。添加到钢液中的稀土金属与钢中的氧和硫发生反应,形成稀土氧化物、硫化物和硫氧化物。这些反应产物很容易被吸附到钢液的表面,并从钢液中去除。因此在混合稀土金属添加量为0.2~0.3%(重量)时,钢中的氧和硫的含量被降低到最小值,同时成品钢板的晶粒尺寸达最大值。结果成品钢板的磁件和铁损得到改善。
In this paper, the effects of rare metals on the microstructure and magnetic properties of 3% Si-Fe non-oriented silicon steel were studied. The rare earth metal added to the molten steel reacts with oxygen and sulfur in the steel to form rare earth oxides, sulfides, and sulfur oxides. These reaction products are easily adsorbed to the surface of the molten steel and removed from the molten steel. Therefore, the content of oxygen and sulfur in the steel is reduced to the minimum when the mixed rare earth metal is added in an amount of 0.2 to 0.3% by weight, and the grain size of the finished steel reaches a maximum. As a result, the magnetic properties and iron loss of the finished steel sheet are improved.
