数字技术构建了国家精品课程数字化资源复杂的权利配置与行使关系。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权的行使主体包括著作权权利主体,也包括著作权的管理主体。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权的授权方式,应以国家精品课程著作权管理主体为主导模式。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权行使的利益机制,应保障著作权主体和相关贡献者的合法权益,并有利于信息资源的再创造,有利于促进社会进步。
Digital technology has constructed the complex rights allocation and exercising relationship of digitized resources in the National Excellent Courses. The subjects of digital copyrights of national excellent courses include the subject of copyright and the subject of copyright management. The authoritative mode of digital copyrights of national excellent courses should take the subject of copyright management of national fine courses as the dominant mode. The national interest course of digital resources copyright exercise in the national excellent course should protect the legal rights and interests of copyright subjects and related contributors, facilitate the recreation of information resources and promote social progress.
