In November 1932, Shih Tzu founded the “Shenbao” Circulation Library with the purpose of making it possible for “youth with general knowledge and hunger” to get the chance to study, so as to inspire wisdom and cultivate anti-Japanese democratic forces. After the establishment of the “Daily News” Circulation Library, it has aroused a positive response in the community. There is an endless stream of young people coming to study and borrow books. Over the first year after its establishment, more than 40,000 people have gone through the examination procedures and lent books about
