前言传统的施工网络进度计划计算机程序存在着两个缺陷,妨碍了施工网络进度计划在施工企业中的推广应用。这两个缺陷是:(1)与时间进度计划相对应的资源需要量计划不能由计算机自动生成。因而在进行资源均衡优化计算时,需要计划人员手工计算各工序所需的资源量输入计算机。(2)不能自动确定各工序之间的逻辑关系,必须由计划编制人员预先手工绘制网络草图,确立各工序之间的逻辑关系后再输入计算机。这也并不奇怪,编制施工网络进度计划昕需的信息量大面广,而网络计划的自动生成更是一个启发式过程,是无法用公式和算法所能表达的,因而采用传统的计算机技术是难以处理的。只是到近来计算机数据库技术的发展以及知识工程的出现,才为解决传统施工网络进度计划计算机程序所存在的上述缺陷提供了可能性。基于上述分析,作者力图应用数据库技术和知识工程学的方法,通过建立施工工序公共数据库和知识库,
Foreword The traditional construction network schedule computer program has two defects, which hinders the promotion and application of the construction network schedule in the construction enterprise. The two defects are: (1) The resource requirement plan corresponding to the time schedule plan cannot be generated automatically by the computer. Therefore, when calculating the resource balance optimization, the planner needs to manually calculate the amount of resources required for each process and input it into the computer. (2) The logical relationship between the processes cannot be determined automatically. The planner must manually draw the network sketches in advance and establish the logical relationship between the processes before entering the computer. This is not surprising. The amount of information needed to compile a construction network schedule is widely spread. The automatic generation of network plans is a heuristic process that cannot be expressed by formulas and algorithms. Therefore, traditional computer technology is used. It is difficult to handle. It is only recently that the development of computer database technology and the emergence of knowledge engineering have provided the possibility of solving the above-mentioned defects in the traditional construction network schedule computer program. Based on the above analysis, the author tries to apply database technology and knowledge engineering methods to establish public databases and knowledge bases for construction processes.
