企业文化,实质上是现代企业管理文化,是强调以人为本的企业管理新理论、新方法,它是以确立企业价值观、培育企业精神、营造经营管理文化氛围、提高职工综合素质为总体特征。企业文化的涵义有广义和狭义之分。广义的企业文化是指企业所创造的具有自身特点的物质文化和精神文化的总和。其中物质文化反映了企业的生产设备、加工技术、生活设施、文教卫体设施及其相适应的科学技术管理规范所达到的文明程度。狭义的企业文化,则是指企业所形成的具有自身特色的精神文化,它是企业在社会经济文化大环境中,为谋求生存和发展,在长期生产经营活动中逐步形成的并为全体职工认同信守的经营宗旨、价值观念和道德行为准则的综合反映。其中价值观念是企业全体职工在共同目标和共同活动的基础上形成的共同信仰,它是企业文化的基础和核心。
