铧式犁工作面为一空间曲面,其表面光洁度对牵引机车的油耗及耕作质量都有很大影响.一般要求(?)7左右,国内由于缺乏光整加工大型曲面的工艺,长期达不到这一要求.本文论述了磨液抛光的原理,进行了通用磨液抛光机的研制及铧式犁的模拟试验和半自动多喷射器磨液抛光机的研制及铧式犁工作曲面的生产性试验,较好地解决了铧式犁工作曲面的抛光问题.这一成果的应用不但可以减轻工人劳动强度、改善劳动环境,而且可以使质量稳定、成本下降,填补了国内大型空间曲面抛光工艺上的空白.
