对镁合金板材进行杯突实验和电磁成形实验,通过板材极限应变的测量和读取,绘制出镁合电磁成形的成形极限图。结果表明,电磁成形提高了镁合金成形极限。
The cup-shaped experiment and the electromagnetic forming experiment of the magnesium alloy sheet were carried out. Through the measurement and reading of the ultimate strain of the sheet metal, the forming limit map of the magnesium alloy electroforming was drawn. The results show that electromagnetic forming improves the forming limit of magnesium alloy.
