RP-HPLC法测定加味酸枣仁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

目的:建立加味酸枣仁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为C18,以甲醇-乙腈-水(65:5:30)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温:30℃。结果:丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围为0.0262~0.4200μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=1.3%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确,可用于加味酸枣仁胶囊的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Jiawei Suanzaoren Capsule. Methods: The column was C18 with methanol-acetonitrile-water (65: 5: 30) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of tanshinone ⅡA was 0.0262 ~ 0.4200μg, r = 0.9998; the average recovery was 97.2%, RSD = 1.3% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for quality control of Jiawei Suanzaoren Capsule.
