在金融创新和供给测改革的大背景下, 我国企业IPO呈现出加速态势, 上市公司数量和融资金额逐年创出历史新高. 然而, 也有不少企业因为不符合发审委审核的标准, 被拒之IPO的大门之外. 本文首先分析了我国企业IPO的发展及现状, 从财务审核的角度深入分析了企业IPO过程中常见的财务问题,并进一步提出了解决财务问题的对策和建议.
