随着外科手术技术的发展,食管癌切除术后吻合技术的概念也在发生着明显的变化。到目前为止,食管胃吻合的技术正在朝着最大限度减少术后并发症和最大限度提高术后长期生存质量的方向发展。如今吻合技术对于食管癌切除手术的重要性更加明确,因为流行病学的进展和术后管理技术的提高使得患者的生存率得到改善,使吻合成功与否成为手术成败的关键。食管胃侧侧吻合技术仍存在所谓的“学习曲线”问题,有学者提出外科医生一般应实施5.5~15.5个手术才能掌握该技术。
With the development of surgical techniques, the concept of anastomotic technique after resection of esophageal cancer is undergoing significant changes. So far, esophageal and gastric anastomosis techniques are moving in the direction of minimizing postoperative complications and maximizing long-term postoperative quality of life. The importance of anastomotic technique for resection of esophageal cancer is now clearer because advances in the epidemiology and postoperative management techniques have led to improved patient survival, making the anastomosis successful or not the key to successful surgery. There are still so-called “learning curve” problems with esophagogastric anastomosis, and some scholars suggest that surgeons should generally implement 5.5-15.5 surgeries to master the technique.
