关于数字出版的概念有很多,有行业普遍定义,也有峰会论坛定义,但我比较赞同用这种概念来给数字出版下定义:数字出版是人类文化的数字化传承,它是建立在计算机技术、通讯技术、网络技术、流媒体技术、存储技术、显示技术等高新技术基础上,融合并超越了传统出版内容而发展起来的新兴出版产业。的确如此,数字出版打破了传统出版封闭、垄断的圈子,既是传统出版产业链的延伸,又使更多的领域、更多的行业加入进来。
