经济全球化与知识经济的发展正在构成对发展中国家国际分工地位的巨大挑战。由于知识经济不同于工业化经济的生产要素结构,发展中国家处于新的意义上的不利地位。这是经济全球化对发展中国家挑战的核心。只有从生产要素国际分布的基础上认识经济全球化中的不利地位,发展中国家才能找到正确的发展战略。
Economic globalization and the development of a knowledge-based economy are posing great challenges to the status of the international division of labor in developing countries. Since the knowledge economy is different from the structure of the productive elements in the industrialized economy, the developing countries are in a new position of disadvantage. This is the core of the economic globalization challenge to developing countries. Only when we understand the unfavorable position in economic globalization on the basis of the international distribution of factors of production can developing countries find the correct development strategy.
