2001年新的中小学音乐课程标准颁布,至今已有11年,各地学校音乐课的开课率普遍提高,师生对音乐教育作用的认识也更为深刻。但是也有些不尽人意之处,在具体的实施当中,现实与目标存在着差距。本文主要是把《音乐课程标准》的观点进一步排列、组合,使其整体上层次更加清晰,目标更加明确,真正地把握住《音乐课程标准》之脉络,从而使其在音乐教育的实践中有更强的指导性。
In 2001, the standard of primary and secondary school music curriculum was promulgated. It has been 11 years since now. The rate of commencement of music lessons in schools has been generally raised everywhere. Teachers and students’ understanding of the role of music education has also deepened. However, there are also some unsatisfactory aspects. In the concrete implementation, there is a gap between reality and goal.
